REFUND POLICY (Politique de remboursement)

This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the French version shall prevail.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract concluded with Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin.


This right of withdrawal begins on the date of delivery for Cosmetic Products, and on the date of validation of the online order for Treatment Services.


After this period, the Client may no longer exercise their right of withdrawal for cosmetic products or for Treatment Services booked online.


Where the Client has notified their intention to withdraw within the fourteen (14) day period, they then have a further period of fourteen (14) days, from the notification of their intention to withdraw, to return the product in perfect condition. After this period, the Client may no longer exercise their right of withdrawal.


In the case of a Treatment Service booked online for a date falling before the end of the fourteen (14) day period, the Client, by proceeding with the order, agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.


For treatments booked online, the booking may only be cancelled if the request is made at least 48 hours before the initially scheduled appointment.


The right of withdrawal may be exercised by sending an email to contact@cibleparis.com expressing the wish to withdraw.


Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, leaflet, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new, together with the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, returns will be subject to particular inspection.


Delivery costs remain the responsibility of the Client, as well as any additional costs such as taxes or customs duties for the clearance of returned products.


Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or delay relating to returns made from a country outside the Delivery Zone.


The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt by Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin of the Products returned by the Client.


Please note: gift cards are valid for one year.


SELLER'S LIABILITY — WARRANTIES


Products supplied by Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin benefit from:


  • The legal warranty of conformity, for Products that are defective, damaged, or do not correspond to the order;

  • The legal warranty against hidden defects resulting from a defect in materials, design or manufacture affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use.


The applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code and Civil Code (Articles L 217-4, L 217-5, L 217-12, L 217-16 of the Consumer Code; Articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code) are quoted in full in the French version of this policy, which alone is legally binding.


In order to assert their rights, the Client must inform Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin in writing (email or post) of the non-conformity of the Products or of the existence of hidden defects upon their discovery. Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin will refund, replace or repair Products or parts under warranty found to be non-compliant or defective.


Shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced rate, and return costs will be refunded upon presentation of receipts.


Refunds, replacements or repairs of Products found to be non-compliant or defective will be carried out as soon as possible and at the latest within 31 days of Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin's confirmation of the lack of conformity or hidden defect. Refunds may be made by bank transfer or cheque.


Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin shall not be held liable in the following cases:


  • Non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered, which it is the Client's responsibility to verify;

  • Misuse, professional use, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Client, as well as normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure;

  • The photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and shall not engage the liability of Laboratoire de Longévité Cible Skin.


The Seller's warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or refund of Products that are non-compliant or affected by a defect.
