• Our products are composed of 91% to 99% natural ingredients.

• For our products, we have chosen FSC® certified packaging: this certification ensures that each package containing our products is made from sustainably sourced materials, from eco-responsibly managed forests.

Our Cible Skin cosmetics are 100% clean as they are developed without silicone, endocrine disruptors (phenoxyethanol, parabens), alcohol, artificial colors, PEGs (polyethylene glycol), mineral oils, allergens, or perfume.

Our products are 100% vegan, 100% Cruelty Free, and composed of up to 99% natural ingredients.

Finally, on the consumer platform Yuka (more than 25 million users), all of our products are rated excellent and achieve the best possible score: 100%.

All Cible Skin cosmetics are fragrance-free and have a neutral, natural scent derived directly from the active ingredients.

Cible Skin cosmetics have a minimum durability date of 36 months (MDD), except for the Re-Cellular 12.5% Program, which has an MDD of 24 months.

Once opened, please refer to the period after opening (PAO) located on the cosmetic packaging. The number on the open jar symbol indicates the period during which the product can be used after opening. This period may vary depending on the product.

This is the strength of our products: they are perfectly adapted and highly effective, even on the most sensitive skin. All our products have been tested on a panel of different skin types and ages: our clinical studies have proven the excellent skin and ocular tolerance of our products.

The causes of skin reactivity are very often due to the excipients contained in the formulas: preservatives, fragrances, emulsifiers, solvents, stabilizers, humectants, colorants, etc. However, all these ingredients are absent from our formulas. This makes the Cible Skin cosmetic range 100% clean: formulated without silicones, without endocrine disruptors (phenoxyethanol, parabens), without alcohol, without artificial colors, without PEGs, without mineral oils, without allergens, without fragrance.

The RE-CELLULAR 12.5% program is an intensive 28-day anti-aging treatment, corresponding to the duration of the skin's natural renewal cycle.

The slight discoloration that may occur over time is a choice we have made. In fact, to remain consistent with our commitment—to protect our skin and our planet—we have decided to develop 100% clean and active products, and to use recyclable and recycled materials that have no negative impact on the environment.

We have refused to use preservatives that would have provided a more aesthetically pleasing visual result. We have not added any stabilizers, preservatives, artificial colorants, or fragrances that would have prevented this slight discoloration, which is therefore natural.

We recommend the RE-CELLULAR 12.5% PROGRAM for a global anti-aging effect and skin renewal: the skin benefits from a powerful anti-blemish (up to -60%), anti-redness (up to -25%) and anti-wrinkle (up to -45%) action according to our clinical studies.

Your order is shipped within 24 hours, so it is not possible to modify or cancel it. However, you can return your products within 14 working days in their original packaging to receive a refund or credit note.

We offer 2 delivery methods:

• Home delivery: We work with UPS to deliver your Cible Skin cosmetics. A courier will come to your door. A signature may be required to confirm receipt.

• Click & Collect: You pick up your order directly at Maison Cible Skin (31 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris). When collecting your order, please present your confirmation email including your name and order number.

We deliver to all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Yes, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products to return the ordered products and obtain a refund or credit note, according to your choice.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any product returned damaged or in already unsealed packaging cannot be refunded.

To return an item purchased on the Cible Skin website:

• Send an email to hello@cibleskin.com
• Our customer service team will get back to you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label (Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, or within 12 hours on weekends).
• Place the products back in their original packaging. Attach the pre-paid UPS label to the outside of the box. Drop off your package at a UPS collection point: returns are free.
• Once the product is received and complies with our policies, we will refund you via your original payment method.

You can pay by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, or via Paypal. You can only use one payment method per order: Paypal or credit card.

Your payment is fully secured on the Cible Skin website thanks to our STRIPE payment module, with an SSL security system guaranteeing all your banking data is protected. We do not save any of your banking data.
